All things considered, I do not see why the Diamondbacks would not want to retool at this point. Lopez had a 1 year deal so getting something back for the future is definitely worth it here.

Buckner a Bright Spot

What a surprise Buckner was in his last start! Can he keep it up for another outing? I know I am hoping he continues on this road and becomes a nice story of a struggling player turning it around mid-season.

We have a few other players that can hopefully take a page out of that book and get their turnaround started before it is too late.

Lucky Rainout

We get to play that game later when we may be capable of winning two in a row.

Schu and Price Gone Too

Schu was fired while Price elected to resign.

I like the matchup and the K's should keep the Dodger offense at bay if he is hitting his spots.

Rauch Stinks

Rauch has had no success here in Arizona and should not be given the ball until he fixes his problems. Those who have been bad out of the pen have followed Rauch's awful lead.

A sweep is to much to ask for, clearly. Is asking to win 2 games in a row greedy though?

We could get Grace out of the box with a promotion to the bench as hitting coach. Sounds like a win/win to me ;)
